Dressing Up Your Truck With A Purpose
You have a truck and you want to make it look cooler than it already does. You have two choices about how to do this - you can go solely for style or you can aim to make the truck’s facelift actually serve a functional purpose in addition to the style enhancement.
Some people will just go the style route. They’ll add fender flares. They’ll lift or drop the truck. They’ll go for a unique custom paint job to make the truck look different from anyone else’s. There’s nothing wrong with these things but they add little value to the truck and don’t offer you any real benefits. In the end, you may feel like they were a big waste of your money.
In contrast, there are some things that you can add to a truck which change the truck’s look but also offer you something more for your money. For example, truck tool boxes add style to the truck bed and give you a place to store tools or equipment. Likewise, sexy mud flaps give a new look to the truck while offering protection for the vehicle. Since tool boxes add function, these types of improvements also add value to the truck.
